1. Who You Are Buying From
plenaracare.com is operated by JEG CORP LLC, a limited liability company registered in Florida, United States, with its address at 19790 W Dixie Hwy, Floor 11, Unit 1115, Miami, FL 33180. We trade as Plenara. Contact: hello@plenaracare.com.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us.
3. Products and Descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours and packaging may differ slightly from photographs. Formulations and packaging can change; the label on the product you receive is the authoritative source of information about it.
4. Health Disclaimer
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the United States Food and Drug Administration or by any equivalent authority in other countries.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new product, particularly if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are taking medication, or have a medical condition. Individual results vary. Discontinue use and seek medical attention if you experience an adverse reaction.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one displayed when you place your order.
Prices exclude import duties and taxes unless the checkout says otherwise. See our Shipping Policy.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use that payment method.
6. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, and will refund you in full if we do, where:
- the product is out of stock;
- there was an error in the price or description;
- we suspect fraud or a breach of these terms;
- we cannot ship to your address.
7. Subscriptions

If you buy a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method on the interval shown at checkout until you cancel. We email you before each renewal.
You can cancel at any time, with no fee and no phone call. Cancel from your account page or by emailing hello@plenaracare.com. Cancellation takes effect for the next billing cycle; orders already processed ship as normal and are covered by our Refund Policy. We will never make cancelling harder than signing up was.
8. Returns and Refunds

9. Acceptable Use
Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it automatically without our permission, or to resell our products without a written agreement with us.
10. Intellectual Property
The Plenara name, logo, text, photographs, and design on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.
11. Reviews and Submissions
If you send us a review, photograph, or comment, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it in our marketing. You confirm the content is yours and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, or offensive.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and disputes will be heard in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts. European consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
