Who We Are
Plenara is a brand operated by JEG CORP LLC ("we", "us"), 19790 W Dixie Hwy, Floor 11, Unit 1115, Miami, FL 33180, United States. We are the data controller for the personal information described here.

This policy explains what we collect when you visit plenaracare.com or buy from us, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
You give us directly: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and the contents of any message you send us.
Collected automatically when you browse: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring site, and the time and date of your visit. This comes from cookies and similar technologies.
Payment information: when you pay, your card details go directly to our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. We receive only the last four digits, the card type, and whether the transaction succeeded.
From third parties: our shipping carriers give us delivery status, and our advertising and analytics partners give us aggregated information about how people find and use our site.

Marketing
We send marketing messages only if you opt in. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text message. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional messages about orders you have placed.
Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work, plus analytics and advertising cookies. Where the law requires consent, we ask before setting non-essential cookies and you can change your choice at any time through the cookie banner. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may stop working.
Who We Share It With
We share personal information only with service providers who need it to do their job for us, and we require them to protect it:
- Shopify Inc., which hosts our store and processes orders.
- Payment processors, to take payment and prevent fraud.
- Shipping carriers and fulfilment partners, to deliver your order.
- Email and messaging platforms, to send communications you asked for.
- Analytics and advertising partners, including Meta and Google, to measure and improve our marketing.
We also disclose information when the law requires it, to enforce our terms, or as part of a merger or sale of the business. We do not sell your personal information for money.

International Transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers operate in several countries. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, your information will be transferred outside your country. When we do this we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.
How Long We Keep It
We keep order records for 7 years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Website analytics data is kept for up to 26 months. When information is no longer needed we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your Rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email hello@plenaracare.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to restrict or object to processing, the right to receive your data in a portable format, the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
If you are in California, you have the right to know what we collect and why, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To opt out, email hello@plenaracare.com or use the cookie settings on our site.
We will never charge you or reduce your service for exercising any of these rights.
Children
Our store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email hello@plenaracare.com and we will delete it.
Security
We use encryption in transit, restrict access to personal information to people who need it, and work only with processors who meet recognised security standards. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and will notify you and the relevant authority if a breach affects your rights.
Changes
If we change this policy we update the date at the top. If the change is significant we will tell you by email or with a notice on the site.
